At Path4All Foundation, we are committed to creating inclusive communities where no one is left behind. Our Uplift All initiative focuses on the social and economic upliftment of the most vulnerable groups — including the homeless, elderly, migrant workers, and people with disabilities — through dignity-driven support and community reintegration.

Our Mission

To drive holistic inclusion by addressing systemic barriers faced by the marginalized, and enabling access to food, shelter, rights, and dignity.

Our Key Interventions

  1. Homeless & Migrant Outreach
  • Distribution of food, blankets, and hygiene kits
  • Access to night shelters, identity documentation, and health camps
  • Reconnecting displaced individuals with families or aid programs
  1. Senior Citizen Care & Companionship
  • Support for the abandoned and lonely elderly through visits and care kits
  • Medical check-ups and emotional well-being programs
  • Linking to old-age homes or pension schemes
  1. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Empowerment
  • Mobility aids, legal awareness, and inclusive education support
  • Advocacy for accessibility rights and government benefits
  • Partnering with CSR arms for assistive technology distribution
  1. Slum & Urban Poor Welfare
  • Need-based relief (clothing drives, school kits, food support)
  • Connecting families to government schemes (ration, pensions, Ayushman)
  • Community awareness and civic engagement drives

Our Impact

  • 150+ meals served through community kitchens and night drives
  • 50+ hygiene kits distributed post-disasters and in urban slums
